The delivery time is normally a maximum of 10 days, but this can increase slightly during busy periods. You will automatically receive an email with a tracking link when your order is shipped.

Shipping within Belgium is 6.95 euros.

Return & Exchange Policy
All our jewelry is made of .925 Sterling silver, unless stated otherwise. Over time, silver jewelry may lose its shine and discolour. You can keep them beautiful or clean them by occasionally putting them in soapy water or cleaning them with silver polish.
All jewelry is made to order with great care, so it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If your gem breaks within three months of purchase, we will be happy to repair it for you free of charge.
